The guys at APP Onehunga are fabulous! I’ve never had such wonderful panel work done before! I was very impressed by how punctual they were with ordering parts, having the quote approved by my insurance provider, as well as completing the job and returning my car. They also cleaned and vacuumed all of the interior so it was like receiving a brand new car back! They were prompt and thorough with communication and a courtesy car was organised for me as swiftly as they could. I will never use another panel beater again, this team is just so great and trustworthy. Also very refreshing to deal with non-misogynistic panel beaters as we all know how difficult it can be taking your car to a garage as a woman! Alex was an absolute STAR to deal with!

The team were really flexible about my scheduling arrangements & went over & above with their panel beating service. I got my car back with excellent paintwork and my stereo display operating again after it had stopped working months ago. Plus a nicely adjusted handbrake. Great bonuses.

After an altercation with my car I contacted APP Onehunga and was told to bring it in for an assessment.  They could not have been more helpful.  I particularly want to thank Alex.  As a senior I can get a little flustered and anxious on occasions.  He was so kind and patient, explaining everything clearly.  When I asked if they could do a little extra repair, which I would pay for separately from any insurance claim he immediately said there would be no problem.  In fact all the work was done in double quick time to an extremely high standard.  I particularly liked the ‘nail varnish’ touch up bottle for any future slight blemishes.  I can’t recommend them highly enough. As a star rating I would give them 5 out of 5.
